
North Florida Falls to ETSU Rally, 68-58

The Ospreys drop to 9-19 overall and 6-13 in Atlantic Sun play, while ETSU improves to 19-8 and 17-2 in league play. The Bucs have clinched the No. 1 seed in next week's A-Sun Conference Tournament.
Sophomore guard Brittany Kirkland led UNF with 15 points, while freshman forward Jadhken Kerr added 10 points. Senior forward Arlande Cherizol grabbed a team-high six rebounds for the Ospreys.
UNF and ETSU went back and forth in the opening half with eight ties and six lead changes. The Ospreys took the largest lead of the half, up six (26-20), with just under four and half minutes remaining in the period. The Bucs responded with a 7-3 run to close out the half as UNF took a 29-27 lead in to the break.
ETSU came out strong in the second half to take a five point (36-31) lead at the 16:45 mark. The Ospreys went on an 18-6 run over the next seven minutes to take a 49-42 lead. ETSU went on a 25-8 run to go up 67-57 with 1:39 remaining as the Bucs held on for the win.
