action-packed weekend

UNF will play four games
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The University of North Florida baseball team will return to Harmon Stadium for an action packed weekend with a three-game series against Campbell and an exhibition game against the U.S. Military All-Stars.
UNF will host Campbell in an Atlantic Sun Conference series that begins at 7 p.m. on Friday and concludes with a 1 p.m. doubleheader on Saturday. The Ospreys have won four of their last five conference games and have won seven-straight over the Camels.
The U.S. Military All-Stars are currently in spring training at Harmon Stadium until April 19 to prepare for the next leg of their “Red, White, and Blue Tour of America”. The team is in its 19th season of existence and is comprised of active duty, reserve and veterans who participate while off-duty.
The purpose of the All-Stars is to promote awareness and support of soldiers. Admission will be free of charge, but a suggested donation of $5 will be accepted at the door to benefit the Dave Polovina Endowed Scholarship and the Joshua C. Watkins Endowed Scholarship. The game will also be video stream on ASUN.TV free of charge so military personnel around the world can watch.

Notables: With UNF's 11-10 win over No. 13 Florida on Wednesday, the Ospreys are now 4-1 against ranked opponents this season … it was the highest-ranked Division I team UNF has ever defeated … the Ospreys are 3-0 all-time against the Gators … seven UNF starters are hitting over .300 in A-Sun games … sophomore Andrew Hannon is hitting .444 with 21 RBIs against conference opponents … junior closer Tyler Stohr is now fifth on the UNF all-time saves list with 13 for his career … Stohr's seven saves this season would have him tied for fifth in the nation according to the NCAA's statistical rankings released on March 30 … three of his saves this season have come against ranked teams … senior Travis Martin is hitting 459 with runners in scoring position … the Ospreys have 66 RBIs with two outs … UNF has collected at 10 hits in 10 of its last 11 games.
