Lady Ospreys look for first win at Stetson Thursday

The Lady Ospreys (13-14, 8-6 A-Sun) still have a winning season in their sites but will have no room for error this week. To accomplish that, UNF must take on two of the hottest teams in the league and win in a building where they are 0-2. Stetson (7-20, 5-9 A-Sun) has captured two-straight wins against UNF on its home floor and has won three of its last four games overall.
UNF and Stetson played a defensive-minded game in their first meeting this season with the Lady Ospreys, holding Stetson to nine points in the opening half before coming away with a 44-36 win to open league play. Thursday's matchup could be another defensive struggle. The Lady Ospreys have the top-ranked defense in the league, allowing only 54.4 points a game, while Stetson is ranked sixth in the league, giving up 63.6 points an outing.
