Poulton joins the Ospreys staff as the director of softball operations for the 2024 season after serving as a student athletic manager with the program over the past four years.
As a student manager, Poulton's responsibilities centered around the support of softball operations, including uniform inventory, field maintenance, practice support, and travel. He also assisted with game day responsibilities, such as preparing charts and hitting cards, camera set-up, equipment upkeep and logging in-game statistics.
Other experience that Poulton has in the sport industry has been under game operation over the summer of 2022 with the Pittsburgh Pirates & Bradenton Marauders. He also served as the game announcer for high school baseball from 2015-2019.
He graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors from North Florida with a Bachelor's of Science in Sport Management, as well as a double minor in Leadership and Business Management in May 2023.
