As a junior, 2005-06: (Cross Country): Ran in all seven meets for the Ospreys, including the Atlantic Sun Championship ... posted best finish at the Atlantic Sun Championship (52nd) and best time (8k) at the Georgia State Invitational on Oct. 15 (28:06.99) ... (Indoor Track): Ran in only one meet, finishing sixth at the Florida Intercollegiate (9:35.81) in the 3000m on Jan. 15.
As a sophomore, 2004-05: (Cross Country): Competed in two meets for the Ospreys ... posted best time at Florida Intercollegiate with a time of 29:42.26, finishing 37th ... finished with a time of 29:43.16 at the Gator Invitational, finishing 101st.
As a freshman, 2003-04: (Cross Country): Competed in four meets for the Ospreys ... competed at the Great American Festival, finishing 90th with a time of 31:10.80 ... competed in the NCAA South Regional, running the 10k in 36:01 ... (Indoor Track): Competed at the Florida Intercollegiate meet in the mile, where he finished 20th with a time of 4:46.16 ... (Outdoor Track): Competed in four outdoor meets ... finished 30th in the 1500m at the FSU Relays with a time of 4:22.71 ... posted season best (4:21.62) in the 1500m at the Raleigh Relays March 26-27.
