CROSS COUNTRY
Dempsey made his collegiate cross country debut by placing 12th overall in the 5K at the Florida XC Intercollegiate Invitational with a time of 15:07.82, helping the Ospreys to a first-place team finish ... Made his collegiate 8K debut by finishing 19th overall with a time of 25:26.7 at the Queens City, crossing the line fifth for North Florida and posting the top individual finish among ASUN freshmen in the field … Earned ASUN XC Freshman of the Week honors following his performance.

Dempsey was homeschooled through Classical Conversations while competing in cross country and track and field for Geneva Classical Academy … Helped Geneva Classical Academy win the Polk County Cross Country Championship in 2023 and 2025 … Named Polk County Cross Country Runner of the Year as a senior … Won the Polk County 1600m and 3200m championships and the overall meet championship as a junior and senior … Polk County 4x800m champion in 2024 … Posted a high school cross country personal best of 15:06 in the 5K.
