2022-23: XC - Made Osprey debut tied as the individual runner-up in 8k race at the UNF Invitational (25:11.1)...helped lead team to top overall finish at the UNF Invite...placed just outside the top 50 individuals with personal-best time at the Gans Creek Classic (24:40.2)...finished inside the top 25 at the Crimson Classic (24:45.4)...helped lead team to runner-up placement at Alabama meet...was the 35th runner at the ASUN Championship (24:45.8)...made season 10k debut in 76th-place at the NCAA South Regional (31:38.1)...
Track (Indoor) - Placed first overall in 800m (1:51.62) with season-best time, as well as first in the mile (4:02.54) to open indoor season at Jimmy Carnes Invite...earned third top finish of season in 800m (1:51.68) and was also runner-up with lifetime best time in 3000m (8:09.28) at RADD College Invite...finished sixth in the mile at Camel City Invite (4:02.52), which helped him take home first career ASUN Indoor Athlete of the Week honor...earned 35th overall with a school record sub-four minute mark in the mile at D.H. Valentine Invitational (3:58.56)...was eighth in the mile prelim (4:07.33) on his way to earning Second Team All-ASUN honors in the mile final (4:04.44), while also finishing 13th overall in 3000m (8:21.52) at ASUN Indoor Championship...also was a part of team that earned Second Team All-ASUN in DMR with a program-record time (9:50.83)...

Ran middle distance and steeplechase events for four years at Western Washington...earned NCAA DII Indoor T&F All-American honors for 800m in 2022...also was All-Conference GNAC for five events in 2021 and 2022...notched All-West Region NCAA and All-Conference GNAC XC in 2021...was first team all-district in track and second team all-district in XC at Shorecrest HS...also played basketball throughout high school.
