2016: A member of the Atlantic Sun Conference Academic Honor Roll for the third-straight season... Made 13 appearances and seven starts as a redshirt junior... Struck out 33 batters and walked only six in 56 innings pitched... Was 3-2 with a 5.30 ERA, recording wins against UNCW, Quinnipiac and Stetson... In his second start of the year on March 12, held UNCW to one run over eight innings while throwing 89 pitches... Over his first four appearances (18.2 IP) held an ERA of 2.41... Struck out a career-high, eight batters in 7.2 innings against Stetson on April 16... Did not walk a batter in his final four appearances (12.1 IP)... Came on as a pinch-hitter in the second game of a doubleheader against NJIT on May 20 and went 2-for-2 with a walk and a run scored.
2015: Listed on the Atlantic Sun Conference Academic Honor Roll for the second time... Went 6-2 and posted a 3.98 ERA... His six wins were tied for sixth most in the league and second most on the team... Won four of his first five starts... struck out 36 batters while walking only 15 in 61 innings pitched... In back-to-back starts went eight or more innings and combined for 11 strikeouts... Went a career-high 8.1 innings and struck out five against Southern Miss on Feb. 28... Fanned a season-high six in eight innings pitched against St. John's (NY) on Feb. 28... Won in back-to-back appearances on May 2 and May 10 against Stetson and USC Upstate respectively...
2014: Named to the 2014 Atlantic Sun Conference Academic Honor Roll… Proved to be the top left-handed arm out of the bullpen… Was second on the team with a 3.86 ERA… Tossed 21 innings and struck out 12 batters… Opponents hit .244 off him, the lowest on the team… Allowed only one earned run in his last seven appearances… Recorded his first career save after pitching 1.2 innings against South Florida on Apr. 29… Both his wins came against Bethune-Cookman… On Mar. 12 pitched two innings, allowing only one run for his first career win… Came in to throw two innings on Apr. 15 of hitless baseball for his second win of the season… Was 1-for-2 with an RBI against Lipscomb on May 9.
2013: Did not compete during the season, taking a redshirt.
High School: Letterwinner at Summit Christian High School…Led the Saints to the 1A State Championship in 2011…Advanced to state playoffs as a junior, regional playoffs as a sophomore and a senior and district playoffs as a freshman…Went 2-for-3 with a home run and four RBI as a sophomore against Cardinal Newnan…Also played golf in high school…Honor student and member of the Spanish Honor Society and National Honor Society.
