As a freshman, 2009: Finished the season with a 2.18 earned run average … seventh in the Atlantic Sun Conference in opponent’s batting average (.217) and eighth in wins with 14, which led the Ospreys … ended season with 123 strikeouts … finished with a WHIP of 1.17 … started against 22nd ranked Florida State, going seven innings, giving up only three earned runs and striking out five in UNF’s 5-3 win … in her last start against FAMU she recorded a season high 10 strikeouts … had fourteen starts where she threw five or more strikeouts
High School: 2008 honors graduate of South Lake High School, where she played for coaches Beau Jarrell and Leah Bultema … high school teammate of fellow freshman Ariana Godwin … named a first-team all-state selection her sophomore, junior and senior seasons … named a three time Orlando Sentinel Player of the Year … compiled a 67-17 career record to go along with a 0.60 ERA and 950 career strikeouts … struck out more than 200 opposing hitters her final three seasons, including all 21 batters she faced in a game against Celebration High School her junior year … owns school strikeout, ERA, perfect game and shutout records … hit .407 as a sophomore and .378 for her career with 93 RBIs and 52 stolen bases … also played volleyball all four years.
