Track (Outdoor) - Was the runner-up to open the outdoor season in the 10,000m at the Bob Hayes Invitational (38:04.92)...snuck into the top 20 in the 5000m at the Pepsi Florida Relays (17:45.64)...finished just outside the top 25 in the 5000m at the Georgia Tech Invitational (18:10.36)...placed 10th in the 10,000m (37:41.25) and 18th with a career-best time in the 5000m (17:41.08) at the ASUN Outdoor Championship.
2022-23: XC - Made season debut finishing with a career-best placement of 22nd overall in first-ever collegiate 5k race at the UNF Invitational (19:42.6)...

Won outstanding freshman in 2017 and outstanding underclassmen in 2018 for XC...was team MVP, Clay County Athlete of the Week, and County champion in 2020...was team MVP for track team in 2018...won team MVP, All-Conference in 3200m and was county champion in 1600m and 3200m in 2021...was selected as a Scholar Athlete and won the Eagle Pride Award in high school...finished in the top 10% of her class academically.

Daughter of Jay and Whitney Millson...has two siblings, Abigail (23) and Grace (21)...father played football at Appalachian State...has three cousins, Lindsey, Sam, and Jesse, that have ran cross country and track through college...born in Fleming Island, Florida...graduated from Fleming Island HS...born on July 19th, 2003...majoring in pre-health.
