"Today was a learning experience for us. A tough week of training can be mentally and physically draining. We had some good swims today. Victoria [Torres] and Grace [Burton] had good meets. Villanova is an outstanding team and they really raced today. We are going to get some good training in the rest of the week and be ready to swim fast on Saturday."
