9/11/2025 12:00:00 PM | Softball
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – North Florida softball officially reveals its 2025 signing class with 12 newcomers putting pen to paper, as announced by head coach Jeff Conrad on Thursday.
The Ospreys' signing class for 2025 consists of nine transfer players and three high school signees. Katelyn VanGalder, Ansley DeVos and Alexis Camilleri make up the freshmen class, while Kadyn Camper, Caiden Oliva, Hallie Langford, Reese Green, Hannah Davila, Addie Keef, Bella Cimino, Kate Peters and Ayden Allen round out the transfer additions.
"Our NCAA Tournament run really opened some doors to another layer of players to us," stated Conrad on the incoming class. "In addition to that, it gave us a clearer picture of areas we needed to improve on to take that next step in making a Super Regional appearance."
Three transfers that will be joining UNF previously resided at Power Four schools – Purdue, Georgia, Arizona State. Another trio of tranfers – Oliva, Green and Peters – were all teammates at Troy this past season.
Langford, Allen and Peters are all multi-team transfers, as North Florida will be each of their third stops playing collegiate softball.  Peters comes back to Atlantic Sun competition after playing her first two seasons at Lipscomb, where she was selected to the ASUN All-Freshman Team.
The 2026 roster will be made up of seven seniors, seven juniors, eight sophomores and three freshmen. The Ospreys' roster going into the 2026 season will also consist of 11 total transfers, as well as seven total players who have been on the team for three or more seasons.
"Adding length to our lineup was a big area of focus for us. We were really fortunate in that a lot of the kids we targeted, we were able to land," Conrad continued. "We felt like this could be a nationally-ranked portal class, and in time, we think it will prove to be just that."
