No. 16 Beach Volleyball Hosts ASUN Midseason Tournament

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – No. 16-ranked North Florida beach volleyball hosts the ASUN Midseason Tournament on Friday and Saturday at The Cooper Beach Volleyball Complex.

North Florida has started its schedule 13-1, its best start in program history, with nine dual sweeps. The Ospreys are 4-1 in ASUN conference action and 6-0 on its home sand this season.

North Florida opens tournament play Friday with Austin Peay at 8 a.m. and North Alabama at 2 p.m. North Florida returns to the sand Saturday to face Eastern Kentucky at 10 a.m. and Central Arkansas at 2 p.m.

The Ospreys checked in at No. 16 in the 2025 AVCA Collegiate Beach Coaches Top 20 Week Five Poll on Tuesday, only one spot from its season-high and program-record No. 15 spot earned in the Week Four edition.

Four North Florida pairs have surpassed 10 or more match wins this season. Junior tandem Presley Murray and Mackenzie Murphy have posted a 12-2 record at the top line.

North Florida will battle five-ranked opponents, including four ranked top-10, at the Laguna Beach Best in the West on April 4-6 in Laguna Beach, Calif.
