Beach Volleyball Ranked 18th In 2025 Preseason AVCA Collegiate Beach Coaches Top 20 Poll

It marks the first time in program history that North Florida was ranked in the preseason edition of the poll.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The American Volleyball Coaches Association announced Thursday that North Florida beach volleyball will open its run ranked No. 18 in the 2025 Preseason AVCA Collegiate Beach Coaches Top 20 Poll.

It marks the first time in program history that North Florida was ranked in the preseason edition of the poll. It is also the eighth time that the program earn a spot in the poll.

North Florida tied a program-record 25 wins and captured the ASUN Championship, the sixth in program history, in 2024. UNF landed No. 16 overall in the final AVCA Collegiate Beach Volleyball poll on May 7, 2024, the highest ranking in program history, and earned the program's first NCAA Tournament appearance and win at the 2024 National Collegiate Beach Volleyball Championship.

North Florida opens the season when it travels across town to compete within a field of South Carolina, South Florida, UNC Wilmington and host Jacksonville at the Dolphin Duals on Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 22-23.
