JACKSONVILLE, FLa. - North Florida head women's soccer Head Coach Eric Faulconer announces the addition of University of Memphis midfield transfer Natalie Leibel, who will join the Ospreys' roster for the spring 2026 season. She will have two years of eligibility remaining.
"We are extremely excited that Natalie [Leibel] has a found a new home at UNF. She is a creative midfielder that can produce goals and assists and has done so at the collegiate level," stated Faulconer. "We really believe Natalie is going to thrive as an Osprey, and I know she will be ready to get to work when she arrives on campus in January."
Leibel saw action in 16 games over two seasons for the Tigers, recording three goals and three assists for nine points. She was a part of a Memphis team that went 17-1-3 overall in 2025 before falling in the NCAA Tournament to NCAA College Cup participant TCU.Â
The Alpharetta, Ga., native played her club soccer with Concorde Fire Platinum ECNL and her high school soccer at Cambridge High School. She was a teammate of current Osprey Chandler Browning at Cambridge.
She led Cambridge to a high school state championship in 2023 and was named first team all-state in 2023 and 2024.
