"Our morning session saw a lot of good times, which led to a lot of night swims tonight. At night, the 200 freestyle relays swam really well. Our backstroke group really stepped up. The 200 breaststroke group did a great job, especially on the back half of the race. Our 500 swimmers dropped their times and our 50 group really was impressive today. Abby [Noga] put three swims in the top ten [in program history] today collectively. We finished off the night with three really fast 400 medley relays and were just off the school record. We are focused on tomorrow's last two sessions to finish strong."
