The 400 individual medley swimmers all had great swims, especially at night. Katie [Carlos], Paige [Munna], and Amelia [Hildebrand] all made it back at night in the 200 freestyle. To close out the day, our breaststroke group really raced well in the 100. In the finals, all of our four 200 medley relays all had strong swims. We look forward to tomorrow. We have momentum and it's going to work in our favor."
