JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - North Florida softball is set to host Liberty in a rematch of last year's ASUN Championship title game from Apr. 7-8 at the UNF Softball Complex.
The Ospreys look to avenge their loss to the Flames from the conference championship game in 2022. They will also try and break a five-game losing streak with their first home game since playing Stetson on Mar. 26
All matchups are hosted at the UNF Softball Complex and will be broadcasted on ESPN+. Updates for each game will be made through live stats, as well as on Twitter at OspreySB.
The Ospreys will play another midweek game on the road against No. 18 Florida on Apr. 12 at 6 p.m., in Gainesville, Fla.

WHAT TO KNOW
- First and only conference series on the year that will be played on Friday and Saturday.
- Four of their past five losses from the Ospreys have been by one run.
- UNF will look to beat Liberty for the first time since 2019, as well as the first time in a regular season game since 2011.
- Ospreys have been one of the better doubles-producing teams in the conference, as they have 45 total for the second-most in the ASUN.
- Chloe Culp remains the leader in the ASUN for doubles (13) and RBIs (31), while also being ninth in the nation for doubles.
- Over the past 10 games, Kayla Harper has been the best Osprey hitter with a .455 average, 10 hits, six RBIs, four runs scored, and 6-for-7 stealing bases.
- Shannon Glover has also been crucial during ASUN play with a .333 average, six RBIs and two home runs, including a two-run bomb last weekend against Jacksonville State.
- Hadlee Reichert and Harper both enter the series with four-game hitting streaks, while Culp has three straight as well.
- Ashley Connor maintains the team's leader in the circle with a 2.06 ERA and 73 strikeouts.
- She is another Osprey with a top-10 national rank with the fourth-most saves at five total.
- Izzy Kelly has been solid against conference opponents so far as well with a 1.65 ERA in 17.0 innings pitched.
OPPONENT NOTES
- Liberty comes into Jacksonville, Fla., with a 22-13 overall record, along with a 7-2 ASUN record and a 5-3 road record. The Flames started the season 1-9 after playing eight Power Five teams, then went on a 15-game winning streak and has now won five of their last six games, including a home sweep against Kennesaw State. Carolina Hudson has been the big bat for Liberty with a team-high nine home runs and 27 RBIs in 35 games played. Five different players for the Flames have over .300 batting averages, as Rachel Craine leads the pack at .321. Devyn Howard is another key player on the team with 36 hits and 31 runs, which leads the team for both categories. Karlie Keeney has been the ace for Liberty with a 1.98 ERA and a 14-6 record with 91 strikeouts. Paige Bachman is right with Keeney with a 2.16 ERA with 57 strikeouts and six wins in the circle.
- UNF trails the overall series against the Flames, 9-2, with the last meeting being a 9-0 defeat in the ASUN Championship title game at Jacksonville, Fla., in 2022.
