Eisenbeiss Joins Allendesalazar In Top Eight Overall

PARADISE ISLAND, The Bahamas - North Florida women's golf duplicated its opening round performance in the second round with a repeat 12-under 300 team score to stay in second overall as a team at the White Sands Bahamas Invitational hosted by Santa Clara on Saturday afternoon.

Casilda Allendesalazar continued her stellar play to remain in the top five through a pair of rounds in the Bahamas. Christin Eisenbeiss made the big jump into the top eight individuals after scoring the best Osprey round carding a 2-over 74.

ROUND REFLECTIONS

Allendesalazar continued her consistency with a 3-over 75 score in the second round to head into the final round with a top-five score.
She is currently top three in par-five scoring average (1-under) and birdies with six total, along with being top 10 in par-four scoring average (4-over).
Eisenbeiss flew up the leaderboard from outside the top 15 into the top eight after a 2-over 74 round to be 6-over 150 combined.
The senior leads the tournament in par-three scoring average (2-under) and has a top-six mark for pars in the field with 23 total through a pair of rounds.
One Kashima had the most birdies in the second round with four total to help reach the top 15 at 9-over 153 combined.
The true freshman is top six in par-three scoring average (even-par) and fifth in birdies with five total.
Jessie Cai also joins Kashima in the top 15 of the player's leaderboard with her 3-over 75 second round on Saturday.
Kaitlynn Washburn finished up the second day of play for the ladies to be tied for 22nd overall at 11-over 155 combined.
The redshirt junior still sits among the top three for both par-three scoring average (1-under) and par-five scoring average (1-under).
Helen Zhou played well once again as an unattached individual, as she's tied for 36th overall at 16-over 160.
The Ospreys are the only team in the 11-team field with all five players in the top 22 of the leaderboard, to go along with being one of three teams to have two players in the top eight and four in the top 15.
UNF leads the field in par-three scoring average (even-par) and par-five scoring average (3-over), while also being third in par-four scoring average (36-over) through two rounds.
They also have the second-best mark for both total pars (103) and total birdies (23) as a team.
