
Women's Golf Finishes as Runner-Up at White Sands Bahamas Invitational

Eisenbeiss & Allendesalazar Share Fifth-Place Finish
PARADISE ISLAND, The Bahamas - North Florida women's golf played its best round of the weekend during the final day in paradise to place as the runner-up team at the White Sands Bahamas Invitational hosted by Santa Clara on Sunday afternoon.
The Ospreys completed the weekend as the only team with all five of its players in the top 30 of the leaderboard. Christin Eisenbeiss and Casilda Allendesalazar stayed at the top of the leaderboard to bring home a pair of top-five finishes to wrap up the fall season.
With her stellar performance on Sunday, Eisenbeiss matched the program records for having the most career top-10 finishes (17) and the most top-25 finishes (26). They were both held solely by former teammate, Mindy Herrick, since the end of the 2022 season.

ROUND REFLECTIONS
- Eisenbeiss recorded 14 pars and a pair of birdies on the final day of play to score even-par 72.
- She finished her performance in the Bahamas with a top-three mark in pars with 37 total.
- Allendesalazar carded three birdies and an eagle in the final round for her 2-over 74 score sharing fifth overall with Eisenbeiss.
- The junior transfer was only one of three players throughout the event to score an eagle.

- Washburn and Eisenbeiss finished first and second in the field for average score on par-three holes at 3-under and 2-under respectively.
- Allendesalazar, Cai, and Washburn all recorded their first top-25 finishes for the first time this season in the fall finale.
- One Kashima rounded out the weekend as the fifth Osprey in the top 30 to finish combined at 17-over 233.
- Helen Zhou finished with the sixth-most pars in the tournament with 36 total as a unattached individual on her way to a 20-over 236 score.
- UNF finished with the best average score on par-three holes out of anyone in the field.
- They also had the second-best mark for total pars (161), total birdies (35) and par-five scoring average (2-over), as well as the third-best par-four scoring average (30-over).
