PIGG'S THOUGHTS
"I thought we competed very well against the cold wind, sleet and rain. The team was able to handle the adverse conditions.
Both Isa [Leen] and Raquel [Lespasio] had nice races in the women's 10,000m race. They were steady and strong to start off the day. Mia [McLain] had a big personal-best time in the women's 3000m steeplechase, putting together some great hurdling and good water jumps.
Robert [Pedroza] ran a nice tactical race in the men's 800m to win the second heat. He ran smart and had a strong finish."
