JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - UNF women's basketball looks to get on track in ASUN play when it hosts Kennesaw State Wednesday, Jan. 19 at 7 p.m. in the 51st meeting between these long-time rivals.

-UNF and Kennesaw State are playing for the 51st time.
-KSU leads the head-to-head series, 27-23.
-North Florida has won seven of the last nine against the Owls.Â

KENNESAW, Ga. - North Florida led for more than 26 minutes, but a sharpshooting Kennesaw State team (5-5, 1-5 ASUN) hit 14 of 21 three-pointers as the Ospreys (6-7, 4-2 ASUN) fell, 81-73, Sunday, January 24.
SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
-Kennesaw State comes into play 5-9 and 1-2 in ASUN play.
-The Owls are 1-5 in road contests this season.
-KSU is coming off its first conference win of the year, a one-point victory against Stetson in DeLand Jan. 15.Â
-Kennesaw State has suffered a 10-point loss to Liberty and a 35-point defeat at the hands of No. 23 FGCU.
-Head coach Octavia Blue is in her first season leading the Owls.

STEADY AS SHE GOES
Jazz Bond's prowess is no surprise to anyone in the program or throughout the ASUN. Her career numbers have been created by a season-by-season level of production that hasn't fallen off.Â
Since first putting on the UNF jersey in 2018, Bond has averaged 15.9, 13.6, 17.8 and 15.9 points per game per season. Her rebounding numbers haven't changed either. Each year she's posted 7.5, 8.0, 8.2 and 7.9 rebounds per contest over her four seasons.
ASUN'S BEST
The Ospreys are first in the ASUN as a team in three different categories, with one being offensive and two being defensive.
North Florida leads the league in blocks (81), blocks/game (5.1) and free-throw percentage (74.1).
