JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - North Florida's six-game winning streak against Jacksonville (11-30) this season came to a close in a 12-2 loss to the Dolphins Friday, May 14. The game was not counted towards ASUN standings.
UNF (18-21) swept two three-game series against JU earlier this season, giving North Florida a 6-1 mark against the Dolphins this year.

Behind the Line Score
- UNF spun double play 38 of the season to neutralize a JU leadoff single in the first, but the Dolphins generated four singles in a two-run second.
- The Ospreys scratched one across in the third. Austin Bogart walked, took second on a wild pitch, advanced to third on a groundout and scored on another wild pitch.Â
- JU responded to take a 6-1 lead after a four-run third inning that featured five singles, a walk and a sac fly.
- Christian Coipel tagged a three-run home run to right center to put JU ahead 9-1 after four.
- The Dolphins' lead expanded to 12-1 after the fifth. JU got the first three runners on in the fifth before a double and sac fly plated them.
