Clausen, Jackson Lead Ospreys to Win Over Stetson

JACKSONVILLE - It took extra innings, but North Florida softball came up with the victory behind Logan Jackson's sac fly in the 10th for the 2-1 win against Stetson Sunday afternoon.
North Florida moves to 17-20 overall and 9-9 in the ASUNÂ as it awaits its seeding in the North Division. Stetson falls to 8-21 and 3-12 in league play.

How it Happened
- In the 10th inning, Brittany Sundermeier was placed on second. She moved over on a sac bunt before coming home on Jackson's sac fly for the win.
- The Ospreys scored in the opening inning when Ashley Goebel sent a single to left field to bring home Kayla McGory. McGory reached on an error by the shortstop and stole second before coming around on Goebel's hit.
- Stetson came back to score in the sixth on a fielder's choice RBI.Â
OF NOTE
- Goebel was 2-for-4 with an RBI.Â
- McGory stole her 14th base of the season.
- Pfent is now on a seven-game hit streak.
