Turning Point
North Florida (9-7, 2-1 ASUN) had an 18-0 run that began in the second quarter and extended into the third as it took a 46-20 lead by 5:27 mark.
SWOOP of the Game
Green dished out a pass to Victoria Patrick who hit the triple to give North Florida a 33-20 lead in the second. It was Patrick's lone shot of the game in her second career start.
INSIDE THE GAME
- In the opening frame, neither team could find a rhythm as it was just 7-2 at the first media timeout. NJIT (3-12, 0-2 ASUN) closed the gap to 7-6 before the Ospreys ended the first on an 11-3 run to lead 18-9.
- The teams traded baskets to open the second quarter before both teams went scoreless for more than three minutes. Emma Broermann ended the skid before Janesha Green dished the ball to the outside to find Victoria Patrick who gave UNF a 33-20 lead. Adrienne Jackson sank a free throw to give the Ospreys a 34-20 lead at the break.
- North Florida stretched its run to 18-0 across the second and third to take a 42-20 lead and eventually its biggest of the game, 46-20, on Dasha Eremeeva's lay up. Eremeeva finished with nine points
- NJIT jumped on a 10-2 run to make it 48-30, but that was as close as it got for the game.
- The Ospreys held the Highlanders to just 28 percent shooting in the final frame despite the visitors scoring their highest output of the game with 18 points.

Osprey Fast Breaks
- Green's assist total was the highest since Ty Purifoy's at Liberty in January 2019. Her assist-point double-double is the first for an Osprey since 2010.
- Broermann scored a career-high nine points, while also grabbing six boards.
- Jackson's 16 rebounds are just one shy of her career-high and the most for any Osprey this season.
- North Florida shot a season-best 52.6 percent from long range and hit 10 threes for the second time this season.
- UNF extends its home win streak to eight, dating back to last season.
- The 23-point win ties the largest winning margin against the Highlanders.
- The 49 rebounds are the most against a Division I opponent and its biggest margin against a DI opponent this season.
