FINISH LINE
PIGG'S POINTS
Overall
"I love coaching this group of distance runners. I doubt many people look as forward to getting to work at 7:00 am each day as I do. We have a great group of kids who put their hearts and soul into trying to be the best they can be. So when we have a rough day I am disappointed for them but certainly not in them. The effort and preparation was excellent but this wasn't a great day for us We did have some excellent performances but as a whole, it didn't quite come together Win lose or draw I am proud to be their coach. I certainly want to credit Lipscomb with doing a fantastic job today." -- Head coach Jeff Pigg
Individually
"Grace Gumpel continues to be a leader for this group. She had a nice effort today. Grace works very hard and her consistency has been a blessing for us this year."
"Raquel Lespasio has continued to grow and make huge improvements this year. She handled this meet very well with another strong showing."
"Tina Cesnik has finally gotten healthy and put together a solid race today. This season has been a struggle but she didn't give up and I'm glad she is finally feeling like herself again."
--Head coach Jeff Pigg
