Pigg's Points (Comments from Head Coach Jeff Pigg)
"Tyler ran a very smart, tactical race. He ran a very nice final straightaway to move into a qualifying position. He is not ready for his senior season to end. He is running the best of his entire career at a perfect time.
"Nick ran solid but got clipped with a lap to go while leading his heat. He fought his way back up to sixth. Our protest was denied, siting incidental contact. He has had a great outdoor season and thankfully he has another season to run for us."
Â
13. Tyler Stahl - 3:47.95 (qualified for quarterfinals)
40. Nick Morken - 3:53.48
