THOUGHTS FROM THE TOP (Head Coach Jeff Pigg)
"It was a great night under the lights in downtown Atlanta. We competed well across the board. These kids are really turning up the intensity at the right time of year. It was a great meet for us with many PRs and wins.
"In the 1500m, Nick Morken and Tyler Stahl were the top two collegiate finishers. They battled very well in a tough field. They looked good and are primed to run faster. Fynn Timm led wire-to-wire in winning the steeplechase. He looked good technically and did a great job controlling the race. He is also ready to go much faster. Leo Queyrou ran a very aggressive race and I am proud of his effort. It was a great race by Noah Perkins in winning the 5000m. He ran smart and competed very well. Rob Leverone had a PR by a lot and it was a breakout race for him. We knew it was in him and it was great for him to finally hit it in a race. I'm so proud of how these two ran in the race."
