NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Lipscomb hit back-to-back three-pointers to open the game and never looked back as North Florida women's basketball fell to the Bisons, 78-57, on Saturday afternoon at Allen Arena.

- Junior Ty Purifoy was the lone Osprey to reach double figures as she had 10 points with three assists.
- Classmate Arianna Emanuel-Wright came off the bench to pull down 10 rebounds with six points.
- Freshman Tiffany Tolbert just missed double digits with nine points while picking up a team-high two steals and grabbing five rebounds.
- For the first time since December 12, senior Keonna Farmer was held to single digits as she had just five points.

First Half Trends
- Lipscomb hit back-to-back threes to open the game and eventually went on to score 10 in the opening 20 minutes led by three from Loren Cagle.
- The Bisons jumped out to a 9-1 lead before the Ospreys got to within 18-13 - its closest for the game.
- North Florida was held without a basket for the final 2:22 of the first, but the Osprey defense also slowed the Bisons game, holding them without a bucket for the final 2:38.
- In the second, the home team went on an 11-2 run to lead 40-23 with 5:07 to play.Â
- Tiffany Tolbert came down the floor and hit a mid-range jumper, but Lipscomb answered on the other side with a three-pointer.
- The Bisons eventually took a 49-29 lead at the half as Kaylee Cotton corralled an offensive board and put it back in for the largest lead of the opening 20 minutes.

- The Bisons continued its hot play from long range as it went on a 15-5 run in the third quarter that included four triples to lead 66-34.
- North Florida went just 3-for-12 in the third, being outscored 23-7 as the home team took its biggest lead of the game, 72-36 as time expired.
- Things started to click in the final 10 minutes for UNF as it was on a 15-5 run to cut the lead to 76-53 with 1:27 left to play.
- The Ospreys outscored Lipscomb, 21-6, in the final frame.
