JACKSONVILLEÂ - North Florida women's basketball fought back from a 14-point deficit to snap a six-game skid against Kennesaw State as the Ospreys grabbed a 77-72 win against the Owls on Saturday afternoon at UNF Arena.

- Senior Keonna Farmer had a career day with 26 points, while shooting 12-of-17 from the floor. Farmer also grabbed nine rebounds and matched a career-high with four steals.
- Redshirt senior Tesh Hanson scored 16 points off the bench in just 14 minutes of play.
- Freshman Tiffany Tolbert added double figures for the second straight game with 13 points, while also dishing out four assists and picking up a pair of steals.

First Half Trends
- Farmer opened the game quickly as she had the first eight points for the Ospreys which led to an 8-5 advantage just four minutes into the contest.
- The teams stayed tight before the Owls closed the quarter on a 7-3 run to take a 20-16 lead to the second.
- In the second stanza, the Ospreys forced KSU into four turnovers that allowed the hosts to go on a 9-0 run and take a 27-24 lead with 4:19 left.
- KSU responded with a 15-4 run to close the half and take a 39-31 lead into the break. Kennesaw State shot a game-high 57.1 percent in the second quarter.

- Kennesaw continued to put the pressure on UNF pushing the lead to the largest of the game at, 55-41, with 3:43 to go in the third quarter.
- North Florida began the climb back as it used a 15-3 run to close the third quarter and cut the visitors advantage to just, 58-56.
