The Short Story: The North Florida baseball team scattered 11 hits and left 10 runners stranded as they picked up the 2-1 win over UCF on Tuesday at Harmon Stadium.
LEADING OFF
- Matthew Naylor tied the UNF Division I record for appearances while earning the save. The right handed closer ties Corbin Olmstead with 81 career appearances.
- The Ospreys had a base runner in every inning of the game.
- UNF held an 11-4 hit advantage in the game.
- Chris Berry hit 3-for-4 with an RBI... Alex Merritt went 3-for-4 with a run and an RBI... Mac Wilson went 2-for-4.
