QUOTABLE...
"I am very proud of our women's team and their very good third-place showing. They were very efficient and produced many quality races from a small team. They were really able to get the job done. Eden was extremely impressive in setting the ASUN record and lapping the field in the 5000m. She took command early and hit her splits perfectly. She is very fit and a tough competitor, which makes for a very potent combination. I am very proud of how well she ran this weekend. Brittany Lang, Grace Meyer and Audrey Carpenter also had strong performances in the 5000m. We also had a solid showing in the 800m with Vanessa, Sky and Tayler all finishing in the Top 5. The girls ran strong and we certainly look to continue to develop this group heading into the outdoor season. Mary Kate had a very nice Mile race. She has overcome many injuries and never given up, so its very nice to see her work finally yielding some good races. She had a strong DMR leg yesterday along with today's Mile. Morgan Rodriguez also had a good effort in the Mile. Tianna Hearn crushed her PR in the prelims of the 60m hurdles and followed up with a good race in the finals. Alyssa Young had another solid ASUN performance in the high jump followed by Alexandra Ellis." -- Head coach Jeff Pigg
