Four Ospreys Score in Double Figures in Home Opening Win

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Four Ospreys scored in double figures as the North Florida women's basketball team downed Warner, 74-38, in the home opener on Monday for the annual Elementary School Day.

- Senior Maiya Rumph recorded 16 points and 13 rebounds for her first double-double of the season, while classmate Keonna Farmer also tallied a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds.

First Half Trends
- North Florida led from start to finish against the Royals as the home team jumped out to a 7-0 lead with five points coming from Tolbert.
- Warner whittled the lead to one before the Ospreys went on a 7-0 run and eventually owned a 17-9 lead after the first.
- UNF continued its streak as it went on a 12-3 run to own a 29-12 advantage with 2:39 left in the frame.Â
- Jackson hit her second three of the game in the second to guide the Ospreys to a 34-17 lead at the break.
- North Florida pushed its lead to 31, 62-31, as time ticked down for the third period on a putback from Jackson.
