JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - North Florida (31-17, 9-6 A-Sun) will host USC Upstate (20-25, 3-11 A-Sun) in the final home series at Harmon Stadium of the 2016 season. All three games will be can be seen live on ASunTV and also can be heard all weekend on 1010XL. The series is presented by Bank of England.
Postseason Scenario: The Ospreys can clinch a spot in the 2016 ASUN Championship with one win this weekend vs. USC Upstate. It would mark the Ospreys fourth-straight appearance in the conference tournament.
Schedule Note: Prior to Saturday's contest, the Ospreys will honor their six seniors, Kyle Brooks, Dakota Higdon, Nick Karmeris, Corbin Olmstead, Daniel Moritz and Keith Skinner with a ceremony that will begin at approximately 12:40 p.m.

- Friday will be the 47th meeting between North Florida and USC Upstate with the Ospreys holding a 39-7 advantage in the all-time series.
- The Ospreys have won eight of the last 10 games against the Spartans including a three-game sweep in Spartanburg last season to clinch the A-Sun Regular Season Championship.

- With 33 career home runs, Corbin Olmstead is seventh among active players in NCAA Division I baseball. He needs three to tie the program's all-time mark held by Brian Fleetwood (1997-2000).

- Seven different pitchers toed the rubber in the midweek, allowing only six runs on 14 hits vs. Georgia Southern.
- Reliever Alex Smith worked another scoreless inning on Tuesday night, running his scoreless inning streak up to 18 innings.
- Junior Matthew Naylor recorded the save on Saturday and threw a season-high 72 pitches in 4.2 innings of relief on Sunday. He is second in the A-Sun with 26 appearances. He made 28 appearances in 2015, one shy of tying the D-1 era school mark held by Josh Papelbon (2006).
- Friday night ace Bryan Baker has an A-Sun low, 2.55 ERA and has allowed only 10 earned runs in five starts vs. A-Sun opponents.
- As a staff the Ospreys have 340 strikeouts and an A-Sun low, 139 walks.
