JACKSONVILLE – The North Florida basketball team continues its current home stand Saturday against in-state foe Stetson at 7 p.m. in UNF Arena.
The Ospreys (9-9, 3-2 ASun) look to get back to their winning ways after dropping back-to-back games to Northern Kentucky and FGCU. The squad's loss on Thursday to the Eagles snapped a six game home win streak. Stetson (3-13, 1-3 ASun) has lost their last three including an 88-75 decision at Jacksonville on Thursday.
Against FGCU, sophomore Beau Beech led the way for UNF finishing with a team best 14 points, seven rebounds and four steals. Freshman Dallas Moore also chipped in 13 points for the Ospreys, who rallied from an 8-point deficit in the final minute to earn a chance for the tie with five seconds left.
Stetson opened conference play with a two-point victory over Lipscomb but had dropped games to Northern Kentucky, FGCU and JU heading into Saturday's tilt. Willie Green averages 13.3 points per game to lead a trio of Hatters' in double figures.
Saturday's game marks the 18th all-time meeting between UNF and Stetson with the Hatters owning a 10-7 advantage in the series. The Ospreys have enjoyed success recently having claimed the last three meetings and seven of the last 10.

Single game men's ticket prices are $12 Reserved (Sec. 5-14), $10 Adults, $8 (Youth 17-under, Senior Citizens 55+, Active Military, UNF Faculty/Staff), UNF students with valid Osprey1 card and children under 2 are free.
