GAINESVILLE, Fla.—The University of North Florida women's tennis' Mariella Calderon fell in the consolation finals at the 2013 Bedford Cup at the University of Florida.
Calderon got an automatic advancement to the finals after a receiving a walkover from Stetson's Brittany Hill on Sunday. Calderon then fell to Florida Gulf Coast's Sarah Means 6-2, 6-3 in the consolation finals.
The Ospreys continue their fall season Friday, Oct. 18 at the USTA/ITA Regionals in Athens, Ga.
