
UNF Announces Ticket Pricing For Select Sports For 2009-10 Season

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – University of North Florida Director of Athletics Lee Moon announced today ticket pricing for select sports for the 2009-10 season.
Single-game ticket pricing is in place for men's and women's soccer, volleyball, track and field and baseball.
Single-game tickets for men's and women's soccer matches, volleyball matches and track and field meets will be $5 for adults and $3 for youth 17-and-under and senior citizens 55-and-older. Children 2-and-under and any current UNF student with a valid Osprey1 Card are admitted free. Student guest passes for those events are $3 and limited to one per student.

A “UNF 2009-10 Sports Pass” is also available for $150 which allows you general admission seating into all UNF sporting events but men's and women's basketball. The Sports Pass may not be available for select baseball games. The pass holder will be notified upon the release of the schedule of any excluded games.
Season ticket information for men's and women's basketball and baseball will be announced in the near future.

The women's soccer team opens regular season play at Hodges Stadium against the Florida Institute of Technology on Friday, Aug. 21, at 7 p.m.
The men's soccer team opened play with a road exhibition match last night (Aug. 20) at the Savannah College of Art & Design, playing to a 0-0 tie. The men will then host two additional exhibition matches, Monday, Aug. 24, vs. Rollins College at 6 p.m. and Wednesday, Aug. 26, vs. Middle Georgia at 6 p.m. Admission is free for the two men's soccer exhibition matches. The men open regular season play at the UCF Fall Classic in Orlando vs. UCF (Friday, Sept. 4, at 8:30 p.m.) and Iona (Sunday, Sept. 6, at Noon). The first home game isn't until Friday, Sept. 18, vs. Georgia State at 5 p.m.
The volleyball squad will kick of the season on Aug. 28 in Orlando, Fla. at the UCF Fall Classic. The Ospreys will face Florida Atlantic, UCF, DePaul and Bethune Cookman over two days in Orlando. The volleyball team isn't at home until Saturday, Sept. 19, vs. USC Upstate at 3 p.m. at UNF Arena.
