As for the men, keep an eye out for Sammy Palmer and Nathan Holden this weekend, as they will be competing in the 10,000m for the first time this season.
Quotable:
Assistant coach Julie Stackhouse: “This weekend's meet is a much bigger event than last week's. There will be plenty of good competition, so it will give us a good opportunity to challenge ourselves early in the season. It will be interesting to see how we respond to the challenge.”
