2012 (senior): One of two Ospreys to play in all 130 sets and 34 matches… named Atlantic Sun Volleyball All-Academic… one of the Atlantic Sun’s top servers, compiling a league-best 43 total aces… was the only Atlantic Sun player with over 40 aces on the season… averaged 0.33 aces per set, which ranked third in the conference and 83rd nationally… began the year with 14 aces in the first six matches, having at least one ace in each match… served a season-high four aces twice, once at the College of Charleston (Aug. 31) at the Courtyard North Charleston Classic and again at Bethune-Cookman (Sept. 11)… UNF’s top hitter on the season with a .296 hitting percentage… ranked second on the team in blocks (99) and third in kills (313)… hit over .400 in eight matches… recorded a season-best .545 hitting percentage against Bethune-Cookman (Oct. 16), going 13-for- 22 with one error… followed that match up with a .476 hitting percentage against Lipscomb (Oct. 19), helping UNF to its first win over the Lady Bisons since 2006… also hit .500 in matches against North Carolina A&T (Sept. 15) and USC Upstate (Nov. 10)… named Atlantic Sun Player of the Week on Oct. 22 after hitting .424 with 33 kills for the week of Oct. 15-21… registered double-digit kills in 16 matches… made a career-high 15 kills at Stetson (Oct. 30)… notched a double-double against Mercer (14 kills, 11 digs; Oct. 5) and at USC Upstate (10 kills, 12 digs; Oct. 12)… tallied a season-high six blocks in UNF’s win over Jacksonville (Nov. 15) in the first round of the Atlantic Sun Tournament… recorded five total blocks during four matches, including three times against ETSU (Oct. 13, Nov. 9, Nov. 17)… earned Atlantic Sun All-Academic and Conference Scholar honors.

2011 (junior): Played in all 31 matches with 30 starts for the Ospreys playing in 118 sets… ranked third on the team in total blocks finishing with 71 (0.60 per set) and led the squad with 14 solo blocks... averaged 1.53 kills per set while hitting at a .210 percentage... tallied a pair of double digit kill performances including a season best 13 against Jacksonville... posted season high nine digs twice and had 5+ blocks in a match  twice... tied for third on team with 21 aces for the season... played for the Latvian National Team in international play at the European Championships during the summer.... Atlantic Sun Academic Honor Roll member.

2010 (sophomore): Started all 29 matches for UNF... ranked third on the team in kills, averaging 1.81 per set, second among returners... was second on the team in aces with 27 on the year... led the team in blocks with 80 on the year and had the team-high in 18 matches... had five or more blocks five times including a pair of matches with seven... Atlantic Sun All-Academic.

2009 (freshman): Appeared in 17 matches, starting in 15 for the Ospreys after sitting out a portion of the season with injury... averaged 1.16 kills per set... set a career-high with eight against several different opponents (Tennessee Tech, 9/4; Appalachian State, 9/5; East Tennessee State, 11/7)... notched five aces while also posting five blocks against Tennessee Tech (9/4)... Atlantic Sun All-Academic.

High School: In 2008, helped Murjani Gymnasium to a third place finish at the Baltic State championship... was second in the Latvian Championship in 2008... finished first in Latvia’s II Olympiad in 2008... named MVP in Riga’s district championship.

Personal: Majoring in International Business... daughter of Janis and Iveta Medina... has one brother, Raimonds and two sisters, Launa and Zane... born February 12, 1991.
