Stephanie Connelly

Stephanie Connelly was named an assistant coach for the North Florida women's golf program in August, 2016.
 
Connelly, a letterwinning collegiate golfer at Ohio State and UCF, came to UNF after playing professional golf since 2009 on several tours including the LPGA’s Symetra Tour and the Canadian Women’s Tour.

During her stint in professional golf, Connelly posted four Top 10 finishes on the Symetra Tour along with several Top 20 showings on the Canadian Tour and the NWGA. She qualified for the 2015 U.S. Women’s Open Championship while also claiming the 2010 Maryland Women’s Open title and medalist honors at 2009 LPGA Qualifying School Sectional.

A three-time All-CUSA selection during her career at UCF, Connelly posted the Knights lowest scoring average for two seasons. She qualified as an individual for the 2009 NCAA East Regional, finishing second overall, and advancing as an individual to the NCAA Championship event where she posted an 11th-place showing. Connelly began her collegiate career earning All-Big 10 accolades during her freshman season at Ohio State.

In addition, Connelly enjoyed success during her amateur golf career claiming the 2005 Maryland Junior Girl’s title along with earning Washington Post and Baltimore Sun Player of the Year honors. In 2004, she won the Maryland State High School championship and was named an AJGA All-American while also playing on the winning East Team at the AJGA Cannon Cup.

In 2018, she captured the title at the LPGA Teaching & Club Professional (LPGA T&CP) National Championship and participated in the 2019 KPMG Women's PGA Championship at Hazeltine National Golf Club.

She is married to Adam Eiswerth.
