Callie Hendricksen enters her second season on staff at North Florida in 2026.Â
Â
In her first season on staff, Hendricksen helped lead North Florida to a program-record 26 wins in 2025 that culminated into its sixth overall and second-straight ASUN Conference Championship title and second-straight NCAA Championship berth. North Florida earned a program-best No. 12 seed in the 2025 NCAA Championship after it secured the No. 16 seed in 2024.Â

In addition to a program-record win total, North Florida earned its highest ranking in program history at No. 14 in the final AVCA Collegiate Beach Coaches Poll in 2025. The Ospreys were ranked in each installment of the poll in 2025 for the first time in program history.Â

Hendricksen coached the final court with Mariana Feliciano-Sanchez and Madison Espy that secured the 2025 ASUN Championship and earned 2025 ASUN Pair of the Tournament. Â

With six selections in 2025, Hendricksen helped guide North Florida to earn the most combined selections between the ASUN Conference First and Second Team in the conference for the third-straight season. Hendricksen helped North Florida extend its streak of being a top-three seed at the ASUN Conference Championship to four-straight seasons.Â

The Tallahassee, Fla. native recorded one of the most decorated careers in program history. At the conclusion of her career, she ranked as the program’s record holder for career wins with 79, and was a three-time All-ASUN honoree with First Team selections in 2019 and 2022 and a Second Team selection in 2021. She helped lead the program to a 2021 ASUN Championship and was a 2019 AVCA Top Flight honoree. She is a four-time ASUN Honor Roll in 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21 and 2021-22.Â

Callie Workman married another former Osprey great Carter Hendricksen on June 22, 2024. The couple currently resides in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.Â

Hendricksen earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management with a minor in Marketing in 2021 and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Sports Administration from North Florida in 2022.
