No. 17 Beach Volleyball Defeats FGCU In ASUN Championship Quarterfinals, 3-1

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – No. 2 seed and No. 17-ranked North Florida Beach Volleyball defeated No. 3 seed Florida Gulf Coast, 3-1, in the 2026 ASUN Championship Quarterfinals at John Hunt Park in Huntsville, Ala.

Freshman Kamryn McDonald and redshirt junior Sophia Notaro recorded a 21-17, 21-14 win at the four line. Junior Eden Anderson and freshman Ally Bunch earned a 21-19, 21-14 win at the five line. FGCU cut into the margin with a win at the one line.

With the two and three line in third sets, senior Presley Murray and freshman Samantha Crosby clinched the match with a 21-13, 18-21, 21-19 win at the three line.

North Florida awaits its opponent and continues its title defense in the Semifinal round of the 2026 ASUN Championship on Friday, April 24 at John Hunt Park in Huntsville, Ala. at 12 p.m. ET on ESPN+.
