Christina Bacon enters her fourth season as the Director of Operations on Coach Darrick Gibbs' staff.

Prior to joining the Ospreys, she was part of the 2018 SEC Women's Basketball Leadership Team and worked as an athletic director for Girls Place which is a non-profit organization in Gainesville, Fla. She was tasked with managing and supervising five sports during the school year, while also overseeing sports clinics throughout the summer. Bacon had a hand in fostering sponsorships and community partnerships in her role with Girls Place.

In addition to Girls Place, Bacon had a seven-year role with the University of Florida. Most recently, she assisted the communications department, serving as a game manager for the team for two seasons.

Before her time as a manager, Bacon was part of the Gators team for seven years that saw her contribute to the overall success of the program.

Under the supervision of former head coach Amanda Butler, Bacon served as a Video Coordinator Assistant, an Equipment Manager and most recently a Graduate Assistant. A few of her responsibilities included the management of travel, recruit visits, game operations and team equipment.

Bacon is a two-time graduate of Florida with a bachelor's of science in anthropology in 2014 and a master's in recreation management in 2016.
