Posted a 3.80 ERA with a 4-3 overall record in 19 appearances and four starts...spun one complete game on the year with a save and a combined shutout as well...totaled 35.0 innings pitched with 14 strikeouts...pitched 7.1 innings during six appearances in ASUN play with only two earned runs allowed and a win recorded...did not allow an earned run in her first five appearances...reached a season-high three strikeouts against Western Carolina on Feb. 7...earned nine games with at least an inning pitched and no earned runs allowed.

Born on May 5, 2005...daughter of Pete and Christina Ponich...has one sibling, Alyssa...made her high school's honor roll...played club ball for Colorado Stars Sakamoto...plans to major in elementary education...chose UNF because "when I stepped onto the campus, I just knew it was right. I love the environment, the campus, the people I met, and the coach. I instantly knew this was my new home."
