2025: Indoor - Raced in the 60mH prelim placing 24th in his Osprey debut at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational (9.01)...set a personal-best mark in the 200m (22.94), along with a top-10 finish in the 400m (50.01) at the RADD Sports Invitational...placed 10th in the 400m (49.76) and was a part of third-place 4x400m team with a new program record time (3:16.97) at the Celebration Pointe Classic...earned First Team All-ASUN honors as a part of DMR team with another new program record time at ASUN Indoor Championship (9:46.92)...also placed fourth as a part of 4x400m team (3:17.51), eighth in the 400m (49.15) and set lifetime bests in the 60mH (8.75) and 400m (49.07) prelims at the conference meet...Outdoor - Debuted the outdoor season in seventh in the 400mH at the UCF Black & Gold Challenge (53.79)...placed as runner-up in the 400mH with a personal-best time (52.52) and set lifetime best in 110mH prelim (15.76) as well at the ERAU Running Elements Classic...was top 10 in both the 400mH (52.74) and set new program record time as a part of the 4x400m team placing ninth at the Georgia Tech Invitational (3:11.96)...earned Second Team All-ASUN honors in both the 400mH (53.57) and as a part of the 4x400m team (3:13.94) at the ASUN Outdoor Championship.

Competed at Tallahassee State College from 2022-24...qualified for the NJCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championship his freshman and sophomore seasons...broke the program record for the 400mH in 2024.

Attended Fort Walton Beach HS, where he ran track and also played football for four years...earned the Maryann Foreman Memorial Award duing high school...won the MVP Award for his team, as well as the Coach's Athlete Award, as a senior...placed fourth with his 4x400m relay team in the 3A FHSAA State Championship...ran for AAU Golden Elite.
