2021-22: XC - Finished 29th and tied his personal-best collegiate 8k time to start the season at the FSU XC Open (24:42.7)...placed 13th and recorded a personal-best 8k time at the Gans Creek Classic (24:22.6)...finished 93rd and recorded a personal-best time in his second-straight meet at the Pre-Nationals meet (24:13.3)...finished in second place with a third-straight personal-best time, as well as a top-three program XC time, and received first-team All-ASUN honors as the top Osprey runner at the ASUN Championship (24:09.2)...placed 20th and received All-South Region honors at the NCAA South Regional meet, while also setting a new personal-best 10k time that ranks third in school history (30:23.20).
2021: XC - Placed fifth in the ASUN Championship (25:17.2) in his first race back after missing the 2019 season due to injury...Track (Outdoor) - placed third in the 1500m at the USF Invite (3:55.06)...placed fourth in the 5000m and beat his own school record with a personal-best time at the Flames Invitational (14:02.18)...finished 10th in the 1500m with another personal-best time at the UF Tom Jones Invitational (3:46.91)...placed second in the 5000m at the UNF Invite (14:06.92)...finished third in the 5000m at the ASUN Outdoor T&F Championships (14:21.23).
2019-20: Did not compete in cross country or indoor track and field due to injury.
2018-19: Had two Top-5 finishes at the UNF XC Invitational (fourth) and the ASUN Championship (second) ... Best XC times: 15:28.7 (5k), 24:50.5 (8k) and 32:42.4 (10k) ... Best track times: 3:47.40 (1500m), 8:10.36 (3000m), 14:02:27 (5000m) and 30:39.49 (10000m).
