2019-20: Best XC times: 26:54.5 (8k) ... His best performance was in the Mt. Dew Invitational Sept. 14 where he finished 35th and ran his best 8k time.

2018-19: Member of the 2018 XC ASUN Championship Team ... Best XC times: 18:01.4 (5k) ... Best track times: 4:17.76 (1500m) and 16:03.87 (5000m). 

2017-18: Best track times: 4:22.83 (1500m), 9:06.90 (3000m), 15:28.64 (5000m) and 34:10.14 (10000m).

HIGH SCHOOL/PREP: Letterwinner in cross country and track at Leon High School... District XC Champion and finished 8th at 3A State XC Meet as a senior along with earning Big Bend XC first-team honors... Won the district and region XC title during junior season while garnering Big Bend XC Runner of the Year and finishing 4th at 3A State XC Meet... On the track, claimed Big Bend Conference titles as a senior in 1600m and 3200m... Finished 7th at 3A State Meet in 3200m as a junior.
