Brooke Feldmeier joined the North Florida coaching staff as a volunteer assistant coach in the spring of 2022.
The Olympia, Wash., native made it a memorable weekend in her return to Hayward Field in June of 2022 at the USATF Outdoor Championships. Feldmeier broke the two-minute mark twice in the 800m, making it to the finals.Â
Feldmeier competed at the Razorback Invitational in January 2022, where she recorded a world-leading 2:00.92 to win the women's 800m race, which took off more than a half-second off her lifetime best.

She competed in the 2020 Olympics trials, where she ran in the 800m qualifying event. In college, she competed in track and field at Oregon from 2015-18, as well as cross country for the Ducks from 2017-18. Before her time at Oregon, she raced with Ole Miss from 2014-15.

Feldmeier was a part of the Triple Crown team at Oregon that won the Cross Country, Indoor, & Outdoor NCAA Championships during the 2017 season.

She finished her collegiate career as a five-time All-American. In 2017, she earned first-team All-American honors and finished third in the 800 meters at the NCAA Championships with a time of 2:01.54. She was also a member of the second place 4x400 relay team (3:32.20) at the Pac-12 Championships.
In 2016, she placed ninth at the NCAA Championships in the 800 meters (2:04.56) and was a member of the winning 4x400 relay (3:32.07) at the Pepsi Invitational. During her indoor career, she placed third in the 4x400 relay (3:29.77) in 2016 NCAA Indoor Championships and was also a member of third place DMR team at the 2017 NCAA Indoor Championships.

At Ole Miss, she earned All-American status after scoring eighth at the NCAA Indoor Championships, where she was the youngest athlete in the final. She was the runner-up at the SEC Indoor Championships in the 800m and the SEC Champion in outdoors that year.
