2024-25: XC - Started the season in 16th overall at the Duval 5K XC Challenge (16:12.9)...helped the Osprey squad to a first-overall team finish in season-opening home meet...squeezed inside the top 100 overall in lone 8k race with season-best mark at the Crimson Classic (25:52.5).

2023-24: XC - Did not compete in cross country this season...Track (Indoor) - Made his Osprey debut placing 17th in the mile at the Celebration Pointe Classic (4:23.99)...finished second in the mile with a lifetime best time (4:18.97), as well as ninth in the 800m (1:56.89), during Florida University Last Chance...Track (Outdoor) - Notched a career-best mark for the 1500m in his outdoor debut placing eighth at the Bob Hayes Invitational (3:56.38)...finished 18th in the 1500m at the Pepsi Florida Relays (3:59.35)...went top three in the 800m at The V12 Invitational (1:57.44)...went top 45 overall in both the 800m (1:55.89) and 1500m (3:57.31), including a personal-best in the 800m, at the Georgia Tech Invitational...notched top-30 placements in both the 800m (1:56.46) and 1500m (3:57.22) at the East Coast Relays.

PRIOR TO UNF
Ran first two seasons at Daytona State College...was top three on the team as a freshman and sophomore for the Falcons...placed sixth in 2021 Region 8 XC meet...also ran his first sub-26 minute 8k to finish 12th and earn All-America honors as a freshman...earned second-place finish at NJCAA D-II XC Regionals and made the D-II  national meet...was back-to-back Beach Relay champion, while also placing first at USF XC Invite...also notched personal-best at FSU XC Invite...competed for cross country for three years and track & field during all four years in HS...helped team to become regional champions in XC was county and regional champion for 1600m and top five for 800m at state meet and 3200m at tri-county meet as a senior...was an honor student at Dwyer HS.

Born on Nov. 13, 2002...son of Jeffrey Ruocco and Jennifer De Jesus...has one sister, Kayla (10)...plans to major in psychology.
