- Had a massive improvement in performance and playing time, bouncing back from a season-ending injury in 2022 to become an everyday starter in the outfield.
- Started all but four games, hitting .309 with 36 runs, 60 hits, 11 doubles, four triples, six homers and 30 RBI
- Was one of the team’s best base-stealing threats, swiping 13 bags to help UNF set a program DI-era record for stolen bags in a season.
- Strong arm in the outfield, tallying six outfield assists and 89 putouts
- Posted a .327 batting average with 16 runs, five doubles, three homers and three triples in league competition
- Swiped 10 of 12 bags attempted in conference competition
- Hit .479 in leadoff situations
- Split time between the corner outfield positions
- Posted a 23-game reached base streak that stretch through the majority of March before having it cut short after running into the wall for a fly ball against Stetson
- Started off the year blazing hot, posting an eight-game hitting streak that included three multi-hit games
- Belted his first-career home run during a big win against Murray State Feb. 19, driving in three and scoring four runs in the process
- Homered, crossed home three times and drove in three runs Feb. 25 during a win against Villanova
- Followed that up with another home run, this time a grand slam to help UNF secure the series against the Wildcats
- Hit a three-run home run in the bottom of the first to put UNF ahead 3-0 in a 16-6 win against Stetson March 25.
- Singled four times during the season opener against Austin Peay March 17
- Posted 2-for-4 days that included a home run against Liberty April 23 and May 14 vs. FGCU
- Stole a base in three-straight games between March 17-19
- Picked up two steals in wins against Murray State Feb. 19 and May 7 at North Alabama
2022
- Started the season opener against Presbyterian, scoring a run, knocking in another and swiping a bag before a season-ending injury sidelined him the rest of the year.
2021
- Appeared in three games before sitting out the rest of the season with an injury.
- Was granted a medical hardship waiver.
- Collected a hit and a run, while swiping a bag and making nine putouts.
- Started three games, all in right field.
- Went 1-for-4 with a stolen base in a 3-2 win at The Citadel February 27.
- Scored once as UNF dispatched UCF, 14-7, March 13.

- Made six appearances and five starts, hitting .143 with a pair of RBI, two walks and a stolen bag.
- Went 2-for-2 with an RBI as a late-game replacement Feb. 16 against VMI.
- Drew a walk and drove in a run at South Carolina Feb. 25.
- Swiped his first bag in the series opener against Hartford Feb. 28.

Prior to UNF
- Came up clutch with a complete game shutout against Venice HS in the Sarasota Baseball Classic title game.
- Hit .323 and went on to win the 2018 7A Florida State championship.
Personal
- A National Honor Society nominee.
- Stepmother, Bekki, played softball at Gardner-Webb.
- Cousin, Kiana Rugar, played soccer at the University of Albany and as a graduate transfer at Florida Gulf Coast.
